Kurobuta Berkshire

Not all pork is worth talking about. This is.

Our Rare Breed Full Blood Kurobuta Berkshire Pork is unlike anything else in Australia. Deep pink, heavily marbled, and rich with sweet, natural flavour, it’s often called the Wagyu of pork - and for good reason.

Why It’s Different

Sourced exclusively for Vic’s, our Kurobuta pigs are slow-grown in Northern NSW, near Byron Bay, where they roam in low-stress, eco-friendly pens. Their diet of wheat, barley, sorghum, and macadamia nuts gives the meat an unrivalled depth of flavour and silky marbling.

Each pig is raised to an ideal weight of 65kg-80kg, ensuring the perfect balance of fat and meat. Every cut is graded for quality, so what ends up on your plate is nothing short of extraordinary.

Taste It for Yourself

This is pork worth seeking out. Available exclusively at Vic’s, in cuts that celebrate its rich, natural flavour.
