Cook 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 x T-Bones, room temperature
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 bottle of teriyaki marinade
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 green Cabbage
- White wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Place the T-bones in a large marinating container.
-
Divide the garlic bulb and peel all the cloves. Crush the garlic into the container over the T-bones and pour in your bottle of teriyaki sauce and add the olive oil.
-
With your hands, rub the garlic sauce mixture evenly over all the T-bones, ensuring that they are all evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but ideally overnight for optimal flavour.
-
In a hot pan, place the room temperature marinated steaks to sear and turn down the heat to medium, turning the meat from time to time until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with hot chips and a simple cabbage salad, shredded finely with good-quality olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt and pepper.
