White Sturgeon Caviar is harvested from the White Sturgeon species that produces magnificent large roe ranging from 3.0 to 3.2mm in diameter and varying from between dark grey to black in colour. The flavour of this caviar is perfectly balanced with delicate nuances of the sea.
This beautiful caviar is best served on its own or with traditional accouterments such as blini & Crème Fraîche.
Calvisius Tradition White Sturgeon is bred and grown in the province of Brescia in Italy, an area rich in fresh spring water. Italy is considered one of the motherlands of the sturgeon fish and its roe, with consumption dating back as far as the 15th century.
Its pure waters and pristine ecosystem provide the foundation for exquisite caviar that is the benchmark for caviar production around the world.
Caviar must be stored in the coolest section of your refrigerator, preferably on ice until ready to serve. We recommend that you purchase the right amount of Caviar required for each Caviar service, as once the Caviar tin is opened it should be consumed and enjoyed immediately.
