Our whole side of Mt Cook Alpine smoked salmon is first cured in salt and sugar for 24hrs, then submerged in oil for 48+ hours, and lastly smoked over Beachwood.
Sustainably raised in the pristine freshwater of New Zealand's Southern Alps, Mt Cook Alpine salmon delivers exceptional quality with an unwavering dedication to environmental care.
To serve, remove the skin from the back of the fillet and thinly slice.
